Right, now that I've got (most of) my uni work is out the way, I can concentrate on doing pretty drawings and putting them up. Doing them for the joy of doing them rather then as a means to an end. Now I've just got to think of stuff to do.

Computer Woes

I own a Wii and a moderatly powerful laptop. Sometimes a game will come out that you NEED to get, through playing prequels or submiting to hype created by the games publisher. The game I needed was Civ 5. So after taking 7 hours 23 minutes to download a demo, I boot up and head to the settings. The game automatically optimises for performence, as everything was on 'really, very low graphics' (at least it was better then the game just laughing at me). Even with its burred textures, cube people and grayscale blocks representing clouds it still chugged like Thomas the Tank Engine. And that's when it doesn't go into hibernation through overheatin
